Outlook 2003 Signature File and JPEG

We use Outlook 2003 and I have a user that wants to add a JPEG of our office
logo in her signature. Can this JPEG be sucured so it cannot be copied and
pasted from an email?
 
Anything sent from anyones computer can be copied. If you don't want it
lifted, don't put it out on the internet, whether on a web site, or via
e-mail.
