Outlook 2003 Send Receive error

Anytime I send/receive it sends and receives mail then shows "sending message
1 oi 2". This eventually goes away with a failure error. I've updated
Norton and ran a full scan. Can't think of what else to do.
Any ideas

Hi,

1. Check your username and password on that account is correct.

2. Check your outbox, clean up everything in there.

3. Do send/receive again, click on Show Detail and post error message up if
any.
