Outlook 2003 Security

I have a crm software which interacts with outlook. Outlook always blocks
the access to the pst file and prompts for confirmation. I have tried
several programs which should answer this dialogbox automaticaly, but I am
not too happy with this solution.
Any help ?

What application are we talking about? Tried the following add-in already?

You can also contact the manufacturers of the CRM software and tell them to
either write the add-in "in a secure way" or program with Redemption
