Outlook 2003: Save deleted items from IMAP to personal folders?

I connect to my IMAP account and whenever I delete a message, it is gone
forever. Is there a way so that whenever I press the delete button, it
instead moves the message to Deleted Items in my local Personal Folders? That
way, I can search through trashed emails without taking up space on the mail
server.
