Hello,

I have several people in my organization and a couple of them with outlook
2003. When I try to send a meeting with response requested two individuals
don't receive the small calendar icon in the inbox, nor do they have the
ability accept decline tentative and propose another date. I have checked
their settings along with mine and they are the same. My computer receives
and sends these responses as it should.

Are there any suggestions on how to get this to work?

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Bob,

Just a thought but have you checked to see that there mail delivery location
is set to the exchange server. sort of stretch but if they are not and
their email is deliver to local pst then calendar appts would not be
received because not on server.

Thanks for the reply,

We're not on Exchange server and only set up for pst files. I have numerous
other ones that work fine, except for these two guys. It's driving me nuts
because they can send out an invitation giving me the choice to accept, etc.
When I respond to his it doesn't show up as an accepted appointment or even
the calendar icon. Go figure. He's set up to handle calendar requests a
vcal, as are we all.

Bob,
I had the same problem; I finally found the solution :
You have to use the vcalendar format instead of the icalendar format!

Even if the issue is related to OL2002, it solved my problem on OL2003
SP1...
Hope it helps,
