Outlook 2003 - Reading Pane, Date Sections

Any way to have reading pane different sizes for different folders?

How do I get rid of the date groupings? ie Date: 3 weeks ago
 
Unfortunately the Reading Pane size is a global setting and not a per
folder setting. As for the grouping by date here is how to turn off that
option:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to View -> Arrange By and uncheck Show in Groups.
