Outlook 2003/Question about Rules

Greetings,

I need to create a rule in Outlook 2003. Is there a way to change the
"AND" for "OR" when selecting more than one condition (eg. Sent only to
me OR Has an attachment instead of Sent only to me AND Has an
attachment)?
