Outlook 2003 prompt for saving sent messages?

Is there any way to prompt the user to save sent messages each time? A
setting or a plug-in?

A good way to annoy a sender, for sure.
 
It was requested by a sender, who is our CFO, so I'm just looking for ways to
do it. We will only implement it for one user.

Why do you bother replying if you can't help?

Not that I know of, but try searching www.slipstick.com or google. Or just
leave the default settings in OL, which will always save sent mail in the
Sent Items folder.
