Outlook 2003 Printing - or Not!

Hi all

I have a user running Outlook 2003 in a MS corporate environment.
For some reason, when she prints an email, the hard copy version only shows
the contents of the reading pane, not the subject, sender, recipient(s).

Anyone got an idea what's going on?
