Outlook 2003 - Pastels

Does anyone know how I can escape all of the pastel colors
in Outlook 2003?

A lot of the color is controlled by the skin/appearance settings you have
made in Control Panel-> Display Options. As for the buttons; no, you can't
change them unless you set your computer display settings to 256 colors ;-)
