Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assistant

I'm getting an error when trying to open Out of Office
Assistant:
" This command is not available. See the program
documentation about how to use this extension."

I have recently used the feature successfully and since
the above error message have tried repairing and re-
installing Outlook 2003, but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?
