Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assistant Glitch

The Out of Office Assistant only sends ONE autoreply to an
individual user. I want it to auto reply each time an
individual sends me an email and I am out of the office.
The last version of outlook was not like this. Can I do
it another way?

Please help
