Hello friends, I just installed Outlook 2003 on a one our users' machine,
and I am unable to find other shortcuts outlook bar group. He needs to
access my documents folder from Outlook, how can he do this in outlook 2003?

Thanks.

Outlook 2003 has the Shortcuts Navigation pane module - you can add a
shortcut to My documents to it, but it's going to open in Windows Explorer,
not Outlook as it does not support file browsing.

Diane thanks for your help, but I couldn't figure out how exactly you would
do that, it would only allow me to create shortcuts to the Outlook folders.

Thanks.
