Outlook 2003 object model guard bypass

G

Gerald S

Hello,

I am trying to get one of our internal applications that send emails via
outlook to bypass the objest model guard, so the email can be sent without
user interferience.

I have read on slipstick and microsoft.com
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/xp/four/outg03.htm#outg03_4) about
this, but it only references up to Outlook 2002.

Is bypassing the oject model guard in Outlook 2003 (using Exchange 2003)
handled the same way as Outlook 2002?

Thanks
Gerald

If u really want to bypass Outlook's security i suggest u use Extended MAPI
instead of Outlook Object Model
U can find MAPI's docs in MSDN,

Daniel
