Outlook 2003 not showing dynamic html effects?

I'm using dynamic html effects in my signature but they aren't showing up in
Outlook 2003. The effects show up fine in the signature picker window. Do I
need to enable some setting or is this a know issue?

You need to write HTML code to get fancy dynamic signatures to work. You'll
need to upload images to a web site since folks can't see the images on your
computer. Many recipients will not be able to see these sigs because of
office security settings anyway.
