Outlook 2003 - No Default Calendar or Contacts - OLE Automation Error?

I have a new install of Office 2003 Basic on a brand new XP Pro SP2
computer. I am getting an OLE Automation Error when our Fox Pro
application tries to send an email through Outlook.

Upon further investigation I found when looking in Contro Panel >
Internet Options > Programs that there is no default Calendar or
Contacts set or available to choose from.

I tried installing Outlook 2003 again from the Install Program on my
SBS 2003 server and get the same results.

Any idea what could be going on here? I need to get the OLE link
working and have to believe that it maybe connected to the same problem
that's keeping me from having a default Calendar and Contact Program.

Thanks. Karl

Has Outlook every actually been used on this machine? If not, it won't be fully configured. If it has, try Help | Detect and Repair.
