Outlook 2003: motion graphics (.gif's)

How can I save the 'fun' motion graphics that are embedded in emails AS a
motion .gif file? A simple 'Save As' function will not work; it only saves
it as a .bmp file. HELP . . .

There is a method listed here that you can use to get around this known
limitation: http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/saveembeddedpictures.htm. It
may look intimidating at first but there are lots of pictures and
easy-to-follow instructions.
