Outlook 2003: Missing Icons on Organise function

Hi peop's

I'd appreciate some help here please.

I've noticed that the interface i get following pressing the "Organise"
button has the icons missing from the various buttons, such as using
folders, using colours. I've also compared to my other PC and find that the
stacked boxes background picture is missing also.

So far I've run a repair, uninstalled and reinstalled from my Office 2003
disk, uninstalled and reinstalled from a Outlook 2003 disk and get the same
result.

So, has anyone seen my Icons please?
