Outlook 2003: McAfee Internet Security Suite 6 & Spamkiller 5

McAfee Internet Security Suite 6 and McAfee Spamkiller 5.0 do not work with
Microsoft Office 2003 - Outlook 2003. VirusSpam 8.0 does work with Outlook
2003, but Spamkiller does not.

This is a known problem with McAfee. Spamkiller 5 is not compatible at this
Outlook 2003 at this time.

Not all McAfee support personnel seem to know this, and I spent a lot of
time to get this answer from a McAfee chat session.

Because of this I chose an alternate spam software until McAfee gets their
act togethe. I am using a product called InBoxer to assist Outlook 2003 Junk
mail folder, and it is working for me.

Hopefully this will help someone.

Yes. A new twist is that since Saturday I have had my ISP mail provider run
may mail through a virus and spam checker before I even receive my mail. As
far as I can tell it has been 100% effective.
