One of my users is experiancing a strange problem - all internal mail via the
Exchange is delivered fine. However, the server is retrieving the mail from
the web account but not posting it to the user.

I know this is happening, because I can sit and watch mail posted to his web
account via a webmail interface, I then see it get deleted by the server as
it is downloaded (as I have specified) but it just vanishes after the server
has collected it.

This user normally gets 100 email plus per day and currently is getting 0.

Any ideas? I am using sbs 2003. THANKS.

So this would make it an Exchange issue then and not an Outlook issue. Are
you collecting it by the SBS POP3 connector? Checked the Exchange logs
already?

You would get better responses in the Exchange newsgroups.
