Outlook 2003 Mail Merge Issue

Using Outlook 2003, MS Word, and a MS Access query as my
data source I receive the following message: "A program
is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" I am using no third
party add-in's that I am aware of. As you can see, this
is an operation using only Microsoft applications. Has
anyone identified a resolution to this issue? Selecting
Yes / No / or Allow Access for "X" has no effect.
Basically, this has rendered my mail merge processes
useless. Thank you for any assistance that you can
provide.

Word is also 2003? To avoid the prompt, choose HTML as the format for the
mail merge output.
