Outlook 2003 locks up

At various times throughout the day, but most notably when moving a message
to another folder, deleting it or hitting send, Outlook 2003 locks up. The
icon on the right taskbar next to my clock (which looks like arrows going
back and forth during the send receive) gets an exclamation point on it and I
get a message that says "Outlook is trying to retrieve information from the
server". The computer is inoperable for anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute
and then everything is fine. Lately it has been doing this two times in a
row. Other people in my office have the same problem.

Sounds like a communications problem with the server. Your network people
should get involved.
