Outlook 2003 Lg outbox file will not delete

I cannot delete a large file in my Outlook 2003 Outbox. I tried all the
suggestions. None seem to work: Deleting, moving to another folder, setting
outlook to offline, creating new PST file, and Microsoft MDBVU32.EXE would
not open. I don't want to lose all my saved emails... what can I delete so
that I can use Outlook again?
