Outlook 2003 & Junk

I installed Outlook 2003 on a new machine yesterday.

Its not filtering any junk mail out - it's all getting to my inbox. I have
another machine with Outlook 2003 which was setup some time ago and its
quite happily filtering out the messages that my new machine isn't even
though the junk is identical and the Junk mail settings are the same.

How do I get the junk mail filters working?

Exchange or pop3 account? If exchange, are you using cached mode?
