Outlook 2003 & iTunes

I am having a problem with sending files while iTunes is
running and know that 2 peers have the same problem.

Was curious if anyone had any ideas...

I regularly run iTunes while working listening to MP3's
on my hard drive.

Today while working in a Word document I completed the
edits I needed and wanted to send that off to several
people. I saved the file and then clicked File and Send
To.

Outlook 2003 was running in the background so there was
no problem there. I typed the e-mail, spell checked it
and clicked send.

Nothing happened as I have experienced at other
instances. I closed iTunes, and then clicked send and it
worked fine...

Any ideas??? I know several other people where I work
who are having a similar problem...

Sounds like an iTunes problem to me.
