Outlook 2003 issue 2 of every folder display(Urgent as it is annoy

Hi, Have a user with Outlook 2003 in Exchange 2003 environment. When he
opens outlook he has 2 of every folder i.e 2 calendars, 2 inboxes, 2 deleted
items,2 sent items etc. Last time we had this with another user the user
opened closed outlook and it was fixed. This has not worked for this user.
He has had the problem for about 3 weeks and shutsdown outlook every night
and the issue reoccurs in the morning. What can we do to fix it. thanks

A new mail profile could help.
 
When you say new mail profile do you mean remove outlook profile from
Documents/settings/username/microsoft/outlook folder and redo. I.e. delete
all outlook specific files from PC then log back into PC

No, he means going to Control Panel - Mail and creating a new profile there.

Never, ever, ever delete anything until you're sure what you've added works
and what you're deleting won't be missed.

Tho, further question: If he logs into outlook on a different machine, does
he see the same thing?
