Hello all.

I am supporting Mac and PC users.

Does Outlook 2003 give the option to change the colour of unread
messages? Entourage 2004 gives this option.

I could not find any information about this at office.microsoft.com

The sender can't determine the color the recipient sees, but Outlook 2003
allows the recipient to choose font and color for the header line viewed in
the table list of a mail folder. By default, the Messages view chooses a
bold font (8 point Tahoma) for unread messages, but the user can change that
with View>Arrange By>Current View>Customize Current View>Automatic
Formatting

In Outlook 2003, Tools -> Organize -> Using Colours -> Click on
Automatic Formatting. In the resulting box, select unread messages and
then click font. Select a font colour. Press OK, OK and close the
orgnize windows. For testing , make any message unread and see what
happens.
