(Outlook 2003) How do I manually send a read receipt?

I opened a message where another user had requested a read receipt and I
opted NOT to send one at that time. Now, however, I want to send a receipt
so that the user will know I've read their message, but I can't find any way
to do that. Is there any option to SEND a receipt after you chose not to?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Vince & Pat,

Thanks for verifying that it's not possible. I thought maybe I just wasn't
able to figure it out, but apparently Microsoft never considered you might
want to send a receipt later. Funny, but sometimes I think that opening a
message a 2nd or 3rd time sometimes sends another receipt, so I don't
understand why they didn't make it so that it asks you if you want to send a
receipt each time you open a message that has a receipt request on it.

Oh well....
