Outlook 2003: How can I print just the body of an email?

I get a number of emails I read daily as personal devotions, I would like to
print just the oody of the emai, the only thing I can do is print memo style
which prints out everything....sometimes two wasted pages of stuff!
Please help!

Copy the message body, paste into Word and then print.
