Outlook 2003 - Holiydays are marked but not displayed

Hello,
i have a problem with holidays in our network...
We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
Although the german holiday are marked/selected in the options of
calendar under "Add holidays", but they were not displayed.
If i press the "OK" button i get a message that says "Holidays are already
imported - ipmort again? If i answer "Yes" they were correctly displayed
in the calender.
Is this a problem of MS Outlook? Why is there a message - "holidays already
imported" even if they arent?
