Outlook 2003 has the same warning popups when programmed in VBA?

Hi,

does Outlook 2003 show the same warning masseages when some vba code tries
to send email or manipulate contacts?

I don't find infos about the 2003 version but only about the previous.

Is this configurable without installing security templates and modifying the
registry?
