outlook 2003 gives false "User Unknown" bounce back

MY Outlook 2003 gives a false "User Unknown" bounce back even though the
email comes through just fine.

I have re-installed and checked every aspect of my setup. It was here for
while last month, we changed my true email address, it went away for a while,
then it came back again.
 
are you using a scanner on outgoing mail or a firewall that filters emails?
