Outlook 2003 freezes

Upgrading from office 2000, outlook 2003 freezes after installing business
contact manager. remove business contact manager and outlook 2003 works.
Have Act 2005 installed.
 
got to office updates and install. that fixed my crashes. it still runs
really slow though. let me know if yuou can speed this thing up.
