outlook 2003 forward email issue

I am using outlook 2003.
Whenever I forward a document and make edits to the text. Every time my name
appears in brackets - [L.J].
How can I fix this problem?
Your help would be much appreciated.

Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options
Uncheck the box that says "mark my comments with:"
