Outlook 2003 -- Form Does not View with Cache Turned On

G

Guest

I recently upgraded a user to Outlook 2003. We created a custom form for him
that he uses on a regular basis in Outlook 2003. When caching is turned on,
he does not see the form; however, when caching is turned off the form comes
up fine.

When I open the form on another computer that also was recently upgraded to
Outlook 2003, it opens fine even with caching turned on.

My thought is that perhaps there are some old cache files saved on this
user's computer, but I am unable to figure out where to look for them. If
you have some other explanation, I would really appreciate any help you can
give. Thanks.

Did you check the Send/Receive settings to see if custom forms are supposed to be downloaded?

Where exactly would I look for this setting? I don't see anything that
stands out regarding Custom Forms under the options under Tools/Send Receive.

Did you look in the settings for the send/receive group that includes the Exchange account?

I actually have found the problem -- there was an Outlook 2003 update that
this user was missing.
