Outlook 2003 - Follow-Up Flags

I have an email I want to follow up on and set the follow up flag. When is
it going to send me a reminder. I see no setting for this.
 
If the message isn't in your default Inbox, the reminder won't fire. See
http://www.slovaktech.com for a couple of add-ins that add the reminder
functionality to more folders.
