Outlook 2003 Folders

After repairing outlook I now have new folders (as primary folders), my old
folders are at the end. I need to move the contents of those folders to the
primary ones and delete the old ones. However I can not find out how you get
the contents of the old calander moved to the primary calander so that I can
delete the old calander.

Open the old calendar by selecting it. Switch to a table view like By
Category. Select all the items int he calendar by pressing CTRL-A. Click
Edit>Move (or Copy) to Folder and specify the new default folder as the
destination.
