Outlook 2003: Fix the IMAP timeout warning! Text in the status b.

So far I enjoy using Outlook 2003, but the IMAP timout warning dialog is
annoying. A lot of users seem to run into it, and so far there has been no
fix. It would be nice if the warnings popped up in the status bar, similar
to how IE handles scripting errors - a small button in the bottom that is
visiable when an error occur that can be clicked to get more information
about the error.
