Outlook 2003 Event Reminder Time Change

Hi,

How for you change the Reminder time for Events in the Calendar, not
appointments which is in Tool/Options/Prefereneces, in the Calendar area?
That one is set for 15 minutes. By default it is 18 hours on mine. Where do
I change it?

the all day event reminder is 18 hours and you can't change it.
