Outlook 2003 Error Messages

iWhere can I go to research error messages I get when trying to send email
ie: too many recipients, Precondition Failed. How many is too many? And why?
What preconditions?
 
"Too many" and "preconditions" are determined by your ISP as these are
variables they set on their mail server. You should contact them to find out
what they are.
