Outlook 2003 Error message

I am receiving the following error message when I open
outlook. "The procedure ebtry point?
create@fork@io@@UA_N_N@Z could not be located in the
dynamic link library foundation.dll

The banners says: WMS ST Notif Window 000010D* 000017EC:
OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

All of a sudden I'm getting this same pop-up, though I
have Outlook 2002. Have you gotten any answers yet?
