Outlook 2003 Error Message : Messaging Interface

I received this error message: "The messaging interface
has returned an unknown error. If problem presists,
restart Outlook." Outlook was working, but can not
receive or send messages now. Advice?

What error ID and message is logged to the Event Viewer?

Have you tried a "Detect and Repair" and recreated your mail profile
already?
