I have a client who is experiencing intermittent problems when printing
email. Once every so often the email prints with an entirely incorrect "sent
date" information. The only thing consistent is that the wrong date is
always in the past, and it is usually off by several years (the entire date
is wrong, not just the "years" portion).
Unfortunately, I've been unable to replicate it though she has plenty of
print examples to compare with what's on the screen. Any thoughts or
suggestions would really be appreciated.
