Outlook 2003 - Editing Email Message HTML Source Code

I used to use Outlook Express and was able to modify an
email message's HTML source code. I can't seem to find a
way to do that using Outlook. Does anyone know how that
can be done? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Outlook doesn't have a source editor. You can edit it in another html editor
and paste into OL.
