Outlook 2003 Does Not Read Saved Emails Outlook ME

I used to run Windows ME and Outlook therein. I saved emails I wanted kept
into Explorer as Outlook Message Format files.

Recently upgraded to Windows XP and Outlook 2003. My previous saved emails
do not show text (attachments only visable and able to be opened).

Changed Outlook Compatibility to run in Windows ME mode however Outlook will
not open and errors

Any ideas on how to fix

For what reason do you wish to save emails this way, whats wrong with
keeping the mail in the pst or archive?
 
PS
OL2003/Office2003 requires Win2k or higher o/s. It will not run in WinME
You can only install a single version of OL
