Outlook 2003 disabled my RSS reader Add in. How do I enable it?

Outlook exited with and error and I mistakenly click the disable Add in box.
The disabled my RSS reader add in. I would like to reenable it by have not
had any luck.

Does anyone know how to enable a add in or plugin once Outlook has marked it
as a prolem?

I've tried reinsatlling the plug in but it did not work.

Any help would be great. thanks
