Hi,
I want to relocate the folder where my outlook mail is saved since my drive
C: is getting all hogged up. Is it possible to do this? Thanks in advance.

This was not a yes or no Q
How do I relocate the files so that all new e-mails etc are saved in the new
directory?

Outlook does not save mail in a "directory" it saves mail in your pst file.
With Outlook CLOSED, simply move the file to the new location. On opening
Outlook next time, it will complain that it can't find the pst file. Simply
navigate to where you moved it to.

Open Windows Explorer and enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

in the Address field. Click Go. This folder is a hidden folder. You
should see an "Outlook Data File" there whose file extension is ".pst". It
is likely that this file contains your mail, contacts, tasks, notes,
calendar, and the rest of yuor Outlook data. However, PSTs can be in any
folder on your hard drive. The folder above is just the default location.
Unless you deliberately changed it, though (and you'd know), that's where it
will be.
