Outlook 2003 Delting Mail

When I delete an email it lines through the mail and then
I have to select purge. Is there any setting I can change
to make it go stright to the Delted mail foleder without a
two step process?
 
No, not with an IMAP account.

Are you sure you're not using IMAP to connect to Exchange? That's weird. You
shouldn't get that with Exchange. In Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change
Existing Email accounts, what is your account type?

I'll have to double check when I get back on that
machine. It should be connecting directly to Exchange but
Knowing how messed up that net is I need to verify.
