Outlook 2003 Default Address

How can I change the input screen to default to the HOME address vs the
BUSINESS address? and how do I input a default city?
 
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/homedefault.htm should help on the home
address by default. I don't think you can put in a default city, however.
