Currently, my data file is stored locally on the c:\ drive, and I would like
to
have stored on the network drive.
How do I change the data file location?

Close Outlook, cut and paste the .pst to your preferred location, open
Outlook, point it to the new location.

And remember that Microsoft does not support storing .pst files on network drives and warns that corruption may result.
